<p><strong>Location:</strong><br />
The development is conveniently located close to the A57 only 3 miles west of the A46 Lincoln bypass and 5 miles from Lincoln City Centre. The Lincoln bypass provides quick access to the A46 dual carriageway which in turn leads to the regional and national road network at the A1 (20 miles).</p>

This project consisted of bringing a derelict much unloved building, back to its former glory. Stirlin Developments over saw all aspects of the work, from the initial planning stage, to final completion.]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This project was the first completed by Stirlin Developments, a renovation of a large 1850’s farm house at Riseholme in the north of Lincoln.</p>
<p>This project consisted of bringing a derelict much unloved building, back to its former glory. Stirlin Developments over saw all aspects of the work, from the initial planning stage, to final completion. The house now has the feel of contemporary living, without losing all of its period charm.</p>
<p>The vaulted ceiling in the kitchen extension gives the feeling of space, under floor heating beneath the oak flooring adding that special touch. The large inglenook fireplace complements the wood burning stove in the lounge. The self contained flat above the garages completes this family home.</p>
